We are a legitimate job contracting company that provides manpower services to various clients across the Philippines. To deliver these services lawfully and efficiently, we collect personal data from our employees, job applicants, clients or potential clients, as well as interns, consultants, and service providers.

  • Age, date of birth, place of birth, and demographic information
  • Government-issued numbers and IDs

We collect your data directly from you through various means, including:

  • When you submit printed application forms, résumés, or other documents such as employee information sheets
  • During interviews, assessments, or other face-to-face recruitment or onboarding processes

How We Protect Your Data

We follow reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to store and protect your data. Organizational measures include the appointment of a Data Protection Officer, conduct of trainings or seminars and assessments. Physical measures include access procedures and monitoring, limitation of access in designated locations for physical and digital copies of data, designs of office spaces and workstations, and proper transfer, retention and disposal procedures. Technical measures include security features, monitoring of security incidents or breaches, and limits to access.

Sensitive personal information shall be processed with heightened safeguards in compliance with legal requirements.

Personal data is used only for the purposes listed above. We do not process or share your data for unrelated or unauthorized purposes.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is securely stored in our digital and physical systems and is only accessible by authorized personnel.

Sharing with Third Parties

If you are an applicant or employee, your personal data may be shared with client companies for your deployment. Your data may also be shared with government agencies for the lawful processing and administration of benefits, compensation and/or compliance requirements.

Employees, personnel and third parties maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of personal information that come to their knowledge and possession. Disclosure shall only be pursuant to a lawful purpose, and to authorized recipients.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for at least ten (10) years from the date of separation if you are an employee, or from the termination of engagement if you are a client. However, we shall dispose any personal data earlier or later than ten (10) years if the purposes for which the data was obtained has been fulfilled or has not been fulfilled yet, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, for legitimate business purposes, or as may be provided by law. After the retention period, your data is securely disposed.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

We uphold and respect your rights as data subjects. Under the law, you have the following rights:

  • (2) To object to how your data is processed, and to withhold consent, unless otherwise required by law;
